How do I get pictures from my phone to facebook?

i dont have internet, email, or mms texting but i do have picture messaging/texting i have a usb cord but it is only used for charging (yes im sure) and im really frustrated so just please help. is there like a website that i could send a picture to? for free? or am i screwed? kay thanks:)
