Can I customize the sms tones on my iPhone 4 from Verizon with out jailbreaking it?

I would like to change my sms and mms text message tones on my iPhone 4 from Verizon, but all i can find is doing it by jailbreaking it. I would like to find a way to do this without jailbreaking the phone.
