Can't send picture messages on my phone?

I have an LG Dlite and when our internet broke, it wouldn't send any pics. It worked fine after fixing the internet but now all of a sudden it won't work anymore but the internet is working good. I can't send picture messages but I can receive them...I tried turning on the mms but I couldn't even find that option on my phone! What's the problem??
