Can you recommend a good guitar amplifier for that costs $260 at most?

Hi. I am on a pretty tight budget, so the cheaper the amp, the better it is for me. At most I can spend $260. Also I'd prefer tube amps like the Laney Cubs or the Vox AC4TV(or something like that), which aren't too expensive to re-tube though. I won't buy a solid state amp until I am convinced of its awesomeness. Any ideas?
