Media hosting with expression encoder?

I want to be able to stream live video and or audio to audiences from my computer, which is Windows Server 2008 r2. I have Expression Encoder 4. How can I host it on my website. I tried something with mms:// instead of http://, doesn't seem to be working so good. How can I host it all on my website which is on my server IIS? Please be detailed.
