Question about MMS and picture messaging?

if I email someone from my email to their phone email, for example xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net. I understand that if I email them at this email, they will receive my picture or message as a text, now what if they reply to that text with a picture, will I receive the picture which they replied in my email?
