Can a cop arrest you for speeding with no evidence?

That will never happen cause if you can see the cop then your in range for them to lock in your speed and most of the time they aren't gonna arrest you unless you try and run even if your doing double the speed limit they will just give you a big ticket unless you act like an A S S
