Need help purchasing a vintage amp?

I really like alot of that 60s garage psychedic rock, like velvet underground, 13th floor elevators, early rolling stones, and a lot of underground stuff. So I sorta want that 60s vintage sound, I was looking at fender amps, sunn amps, Vox amps, Also should I get the amp or cabinet. I already have the Vox AC50 tube amp so should I go with a cabinet. I dont know the differences between alot of amps, I dont know where to even start.
