How can I get my mms service book for my unlocked Blackberry?

I have a verizon blackberry tour 9630 unlocked for t-mobile. I can't send or receive any picture messages. The only option is to email them. Can I call t-mobile to ask them to send my service books to my phone or will they not be able to because the phone is not from their company?
