Is it true the MMS solve cure the problem of Cancer and AIDS and MAlaria and many other deseases?other?

I read the magazine Nature published an article of the latest development in vaccines and that there might be one for AIDS but only available if researches succeed by the year 2020. Malaria if doesn't currently is not as lethal and cancer perhaps has a virus similar to HIV and will be developed the same speed.
