Lost mms & internet from my blackberry curve 8330?

okay i updated my blackberry curve to 4.5 software & now i have no internet or mms (picture messaging) the whole browser icon disapeared, so did the mms option. i cant resend the service books so please dont tell me to do that because thats just not working. & also i am on metropcs if that helps? ugh please help!!!! thanks!
