Can i plug my acoustic elect guitar to a vox cabinet without a vox amplug?

Guitars don't generate a strong enough signal to move a loudspeaker on their own. If they did, you could plug your headphones into the output jack and they would work. They don't, so obviously you can't power several speakers 20 times the size of your headphone speakers.
