What is a normal healthy weight if I work out regularly?

I don't think the BMI applies to me since I weight train 5 days a week and have packed on quite a few pounds of muscle. On the other hand, I'm also carrying around a lot of fat. I'm trying to figure out what is a nice healthy weight range for me to be in. I am currently 5'3 weighting in at 141 lbs. I hope to be in the 115-125 range by the end of the year. Is this a good goal to maintain my muscle mass or should I aim higher?
