Do secret clinical stop you from sweating under?

I been sweating under my arms Sean's i was little and i cant wear shirts cause than i start sweating i have to wear tank tops and on a hot day when i go to school i have to wear a jacket so it don't show my sweat so i told my sister she said to buy SECRET CLINICAL so i put it on night and day but when i tryed on a shirt i was still sweating i heard about this thing called drysol that works super good but aim only 14 and i need to ask my Doctor about it but my mother saids aim to young for it can you guys pleasee help me !!
