What can I major in that will leave me with plenty of job opportunities after college?

None of those will get you into an easy to access job honestly. English is mainly for teachers, but teachers are getting fired by the dozen, psychology requires at least 6+ years of school to get, and I don't know much about occupational therapy. If you want something with good opportunities straight out of 2/4 year colleges, anything involving technology is amazing, as well as health-care paths.
